This system is provided for customers to check booking information and resubmit booking details to the depot, or change the container pick-up date to the current day.
This system displays booking data for the past 7 days from the current date and for 2 days in advance.
This system cannot be used to change the container pick-up location (Empty Depot).
Customer will be held responsible for all Demurrage and Detention fees resulting from a change in the container pick-up date.
This system supports only DRY and REEFER (No-Precool) containers. For any other special container types, please contact ONE's Customer Care during business hours.
System Availability:
Monday - Friday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Saturday - Sunday & Public Holidays: 24 hours
How to Use: Resending Booking Information
Enter the correct booking number.
Review the information displayed by the system.
Provide your full name, phone number, and email address.
Click the “Send Info” button to resubmit the data to the depot.
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the depot to update the information before contacting them to pick up the container again.
How to Use: Changing the Pickup Date to the Current Day
Enter the correct booking number.
Review the information displayed by the system.
Tick the check box at the "Change Pickup Date" (The system will only allow you to change the pickup date if the original booking date is 1-2 days in the future. The new date must be the current date on which the request is submitted.)
Provide your full name, phone number, and email address.
Click the "Send Info" button to submit the updated pickup date to the depot.
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the depot to update the information before contacting them to pick up the container again.
Remark: To avoid system errors, please refrain from submitting duplicate requests for the same booking that has already been submitted on the same day.
